Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of six hmudred dollars to repair the heating and ventilating system of ~he Union School. Voted toraise and appropriate the sum of seven hundred fifty dollars to replace the floor of ~ne gymnasium of Lhe Johnscn High School. Article ~0. Voted to raise ~md appropriate ~he sum of three hundred dollars to purchase a mechanical refrigerator for the lunch room at the Johnson High ~chool. A___~icle 21. Voted to accept the School Committee's recommendation that the River School property be disposed of by the town as there seems to be libtle probability that it will again be used'for school purposes. Article 22. Voted to accept the School CommitLee's recommendation that the FarnhamSchool property be disposed of by the town as there is little probability that it will again be dsed for school purposes. Article2_~. Voted to authorize the Board of Public Works to use bhe unexpended balance of three hundred fifty-three dollars and seven cents~ of bhe 19~ appropriation for a water main on Pro,peet Street and the unexpended balance of four hundred and eigh~ dollars and fifty-eight cents from the 193~ appropriation for a water main on Dufton Court and such additional sum from the appropriations for maintenance and construction of ~he water and sewer departments as v~ll purchase a one and one-half ton truck. ,388 Adjourned Annual Tovm ~eeting Larch 14~19~6. Article 24. Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of seven thousand dollars for materials and services to be used in completing the additional water supply reservoir now being constructed with Works Progress Administration funds from the Federal Government. Article 2~. Voted to authorize the Board of Public ~orks to use the unexpended balance of three hundred eighty-nine dollars and eighty-eight cents~ of the 1935~ appropriation for the extension of the East Side Trunk Sewer on Phillips Court and narkaway Road to complete the project. Article 26. Voted to extend the w~ter main on Dufton Court from the present terminus on Dufton Court two hundred and twenty-five feet to Chickering Road provided the owner of the building served.furnish a satisfatory guarantee to pay 4% of the cost per year for a period of ten years. Five hundred dollars raised and appropriated. Article 27. Voted not to make this appropriation due to excessive cost. Article 28. Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of six hundred dollars~ to extend the water main on Longwood Avenue.from a point where it now ends in a southerly direction for a distance of two hundred seventy feet~ provided the Board of Survey first accept the street plan and provided the owner of the building served furnish a satisfactory guarantee to pay 4% of the cosz of construction per year fpr..a period of ten years. Article 29.. Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of thirty,five hundred dollars to purchase a tractor complete with sno~ plow for the use of the Highway Department. Article ~O. Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars to continue ~ne rebuilding of Boxford Street under Chapter 90~ of the General Laws~ said money to be used in conjunction with any money which may be allotted by the State or County or both. Article ~1. Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of four thousand dollars to carry on the activities of the W. P. A. work. Article ~2. Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of five hundred seventy-nine dollars and sixty-six cents to meet the unpaid bills of the year 1935~ of the Board of Public Welfare.
