Greeting:-
' In the n~ne of 'the Co~nonwealth of M~ssachuse~%s:you are hereby
directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of North ~ndover: qualified to
vDte in Tc%~m Affairs: to meet in the Court Room~ Town Building: in said ~orth
Andover: on Monday: the Twentieth dny of April: 1936: at ei~lt o'clock P.M.
then and there to act upon the fo!lowing business:-
Article 1
To see if the tovm will vote to sell and convey the real estate
fo~nerly occupied by %he River School:as recommended by the School Corzaittee
and voted at the Annual Tov;n ~eeting in 1936:and authorize the Oeiectmen
to make such sale: for such price as they find ,it practicable to obtain; .
and authorize and empower %he To,~rn Treasurer: in the name and behalf of
the to%~n: to sign~ seal: acknowledge and deliver a deed or deeds giving
effect to such sale as the Selectmen may make under the foregoing authorizatio
Article 2.
To see if the to,~n% will vote to sell and convey the real estate
formerly occupied by %he ~'arnham School:as recommended by the School
Committee ~ud voted at the Annual Tov~% ~o~eeting in 1936:and authorize the
'Selectmen to make such sale: for such price as they find.it practicable to
obtain; and authorize and empower the To%~n Treasurer: in the n~me and behalf
of the town: ~o sign: seal: acknowledge and deliver a deed or deeds giving
.effect to such sale as the Selectmen may make tu%der the foregoing authcria.
And you are directed to serve %his warrant by posting true and
attested copies at the Tovau Hall and at five or more public places in each
precinct. Said copies to be posted not more than fifteen days nor less than
ten days before the time of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return cf %his {varrant with your
doings thereon: to the Tov~ ~lerk: at the time and place of holding said
meeting.
Given under cur hands at ~orth Andover: this ninth day of April
in the 'year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

Agreeably to the requirements of the foregoing warrant the
meeting was convened in the Court Room ~f the To~nOuilding. The warrant
was read and the meeting was ~hen adjourned to Monday April 2~,1936,at
eight o'clock P. M., in the Court Room.
