Court for %he Third Essex District; Register of Probate and Insolvency
for Essex County; two County Cc~mnissioners for Essex County; County
Treasurer for Essex County and Associa%e County Commissioner for Essex
County ('to fill vacancy).
Question
To obtain a full expresion of cpinion~ voters should vote
on all three of %he following -ues%icns:-
(a) If a voter desires %0 penni% Lhe sale in ~his
of any and all alcoholic beverages %o be arunk on and off %he premises
where sold, he will vc%e "YES" on all three questions.
Cb) If he desires '~o perm'% the sale herein of ~i .es,
and malt beverages only ~o oe ~runk on and off %he premises %Where sold, he
will vo~e "NO" on question one: ~YES" on question two and "NO" on question
three.
(c) If he desires to permit the sale herela of all alcoholic
beverages bu~ only in pack~%ges, so called: nc~ to ~be drunk on %he premises
where sold, he will vote "NC" on questions one and ~wo and "YES" on ques%ion
three.
Id) If he desires ~o permit ~he sale herein cf wines and
malt beverages %o be drunk on and off %he premises where sold and in
addition other alcoholic bev-rages bu~ only in packages, so called, not
to be drunk cn ~he premises .~ere sold, he will vote "MO" on question
one and "YES" on questions ~o and three.
(e) If he desires to prohibi~ the sale herein of any and

year,end to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less
