are hereby directed to notify and Warn the inhabitants of North
Andover, qualified to vote in To~ Affairs, Go meet in the Court
Room,To~n Building, in said North Andovcr, on Monday,the
twenty-fourth day of January, 1~8, at V:~0 o'clock P. M.,then
and there to act upo~ the following business:-
Article 1 To see if the tov~ will raise and appropriate
the sum of eight thousand(~8000.O0) dollars for sno~ removal in
anticipation of emergency.
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting
true a~d attested copies thereof at the Town Hall'and at five or
more public plsces in each voting precinct. Said copies to be
posted not more than fifteen days nor less than ten days before
the time of holding said meetin.

I hsve notified, the inhabitants of the Town of North Andover,
qualified to vote in Town Affairs,by posting true and attested copies
of this warrant at the Town Hall and at five or more public places in
each voting precinct; said copies having been posted not more than
fifteen days nor less than ten days before the time of holding said
meeting.

Action under said article one of the warrant was as follows:-
Voted to raice and appropriate the sum of' eight thousand(~8000)
dollars for snow removal, in anticipation of emergency.

Greetings:-
In the name of: the commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are
hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of North Andover,
qualified to vote in elections a~d town affairs, to meet in the Engin~
House in voting precinct one; the Merrimack Schoolhouse in voting precinct
two; the Union Schoolhouse in voting precinct'three and the' Town Hall in
voting precinct four, in said North Andover, on Monday the SEVENTH day of
March, 1958, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, then and there to act upon
the following articles:-
Artic!~ 1. To elect a Moderator, Town Clerk, Town Treasurer,
three Selectmen, three members of the Board of Public Welfare for one year;
one Aseessor of Taxes,one member of School Committee,one member Board of
H~alth, one member Board of Public Works. for three years; a Highway
Surveyor, a Collector of Taxes, an Auditor, a Tree Warden and five Constables
for one year, and any and all To~rn Officers required by law to be elected
by ballot.
'All to be voted for on one ballot. The polls shall be opened
at nine'o'clock A.M. and shall be closed at eight o'c!o.ck P.M.
· After final action on the preceding article one,the said .
meeting snall stand adjourned by virtue,of Section 4, Article l, of the
,Town By-paSs , to Saturday l.~arch l~, 19o8, at one thirty o'clock P. M. in
~the Town all, then and there to act upoh the follbwing articles:
Article 2. To elect all other officers not required by law
to be elected by ballot.
Article ~. To see if the tova~ will vote to accept the report
of the receipts and expenditures as presented by the Selectmen and Auditor.
Article 4. To see what action the town will take as to its
unexpended appropriations.
