I have notified the inhabitants of 'the To~n of North An. dover,
qualified to vote in To%,~ Affairs, by posting true and attested
copies of this warrant at the To~'~ Hall and at five or more public
places in each vo~ing precinct; said copies having been posted not
more than fifteen days nor less than ten days Defore the time of
holding said meeting.

At ~he Special Town Meeting held Monday the twenty-second day
of Augustilg~S, the Moderator called the meeting to order at seven
thirty o'clock P. M. as specified in the warrant.
Under article 1, of the warrant calling for an appropriation
of one hundred seventy-six thousand dollars towards costs incidental
to building a ~t~ulor HighSchool in co-operation with the Federal
'Public Works ~d~uistration, it was voted to indefinitely postpone.
U~der article~2, of the warrant calling for an appropriation
of one hundred seventy-six thousand dollars towards costs incidental
to building a High School in co-operation with the Federal Public
Works ~Administration, it was voted to indefinitely postpone.
The meeting lasting-about thirty minutes then adjourned.'
Ab0u~ five hundred and fifty voters were present.
