To the Town Clerk,
North Andover, Mass.
Dear Sir:-
We the undersigned, being ten or more qualified voters
of North Andover, hereby declare that we have reason to believe and
do believethat the records of the Election Officers of Precincts
l, 2, .3 and 4, of said North Andover, for the election of a member
of the Planning Board for five years, are erroneous. That votes
counted for one or another of the candidates for said office of
Planning Board should have been counted for James p. Daw and votes
that were counted as blanks should have been counted for said ·
James P. Daw.
We believe that a recount of votes cast in these"
precincts will affect the election of the candidate..for ~ member
of the Planning Board.
