To either of the Constables of the Town of North Andover: Greeting:- In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of North Andover qualified to vote in Town Affairs, to meet in the Court Room, Town Building, in said North Andover, on Saturday, the twenty-second day of December, 1945, at two o'clock P. N., then and there to act on the following business: Article 1. To see if the town will vote to'raise and apprS- priate or transfer from available funds a sum of money for snow and ice removal or take any other action thereon. Article 2. To see if the town will vote to authorize the Fire Department to use any unexpended balance of its appropriation made at the~Annual Town Meeting in March 1945, for any expenditures of the Department without spectEication as to items. Article 3- To see if the town will transfer from insurance receipts to the water maintenance and construction account the sum of six hundred and fifty~ dollars ($650.) received in settle- ment of damage to the Pumping Station chimney. Board of Public Works. And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting true and attested copies thereof at the Town Hall, and at five or more public places in each voting precinct. Said copies to be posted not more than fifteen days nor less than ten days before the time of holding said meeting. Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of said meeting. Voted to transfer from available funds the sum of five thousand nine hundred ninety-two dollars ($5992.00) for snow and ice removal. Article 2. Voted to authorize the Fire Department to use any unexpended balance of its appropriation, made at the Annual Town Meeting in March 1945, for any expenditure of the Department with- out specification as to items. Article 3. Voted to transfer from insurance receipts to the water maintenance and construction account, the sum of six hundred fifty ($650.00) dollars received in settlement of damage to the pumping statipn chimney.
