~nd twentydays notice of sn election to fill one or more vacancies are
recuired to be given by public announcement at a regular meeting, by
notice iu writing to each member, or iu any other adecu~te manner.
Candidates to be voted for must be nominated by a p~per signed by ten
members filed st least thirty days before a regular election and at-les~
tendays before an election to fill a vacancy.
The voting sE such au election must be by secret written or p~inted ballot.
Watchers appointed by nominating members and by union officers may be
present during the voting and counting.of ballots.
Coercion ~u8 intimid~tion of.members in connection with an election is
prohibited, and violations of the provisions of the measure are made

SUMMARY
This me~sure prohibits the calling of ~ strike by a l~bor organization .
in auybusiness or plant or unit thereof, except when ~uthorized by the vote
of the majority of all the members of the organization is to be expressed
by a secret written or printed bsllot at s meeting c~lled for that purple.
The Labor Relations Commission is authorized to make rules for the donduct
of the voting. Within twenty-four hours after the voting the labor organ-
iz~tion conducting it shall make a written report of the remlt to the
commission, which sh~ll be a permanent public record. -If no report is
filled the vote taken shall be void and ~ person making a false report
shall be guilty of perJttry.
Coercion ~nd intimidation of members of a labor organization in connection
with such voting is made a penal offense.

following business:-
Article 1. To see if the town will raise and appropriate or transfer
from available funds, the sum of Three Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($3,100) to supplement the Old Age Assistance
appropriation for the balance of the year.
Petition of the Board of Selectmen.
And you are directed to serve this w~rrant by posting true and attested
copies thereof, at the Town Hall and at five or more public places in
each voting precinct. Said copies to be posted nor more than fifteen
days nor less than ten days before the time of holding said meeting.
