In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are.hereby
directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of North Andover, who are
qualified to vote in the Presidential Primsries, to meet in the ~hgine House
for Precinct One (1) and Two (2), the Town Hall for Precincts Three (3) and
our
TUESDAY, the ~venty-Ninth D~y of April, 1952
at twelve o'clock noon for the follo~ngpurposes:
To bring in their votes to the Primary Officers for the Election

vote in Tovm ~ffairs, to meet in the Court Room, Tovm Building, in said
North Andover-on Monday evening the eleventh day of ~'ugust, 1952~ a~ eight
o'clock P.M., then 'and there to act on the following business:-
ARTICL~ 1. To see -if the town will vote to transfer from funds recieved
from the sale of real estate, a sum not to exceed $1200.00 for the purchase
of approXimately 11,756 square feet of land needed'for inclusion'in th~ site
of the new high school: being lots numbered two hundred and forty two and
two hundred and forty 'three belongin~ to Margare~ M. Haggerty and shown on
the Beacon Hill. Plan on file in the aegistry of Deeds in Lawrence, Mass.,
as 'Plan number.~0',; .381. Petition of. the School Building Committee.
