To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning B~Law and Zoning Map of the Town by Reclassifying from agricultural to industrial, the · following described pre~mises: Beginning at a point in the ~esterly line of 0sgood Street at land of ~Francis A. And Helen E. Hyland approximately 250 feet south of the Haverhill line; thence southerly by the westerly line of 0sgood Street, by various · courses, 5812.26 feet to land of Thomas and Bertha Morrell; thence south- westerly by ~a nd of said Morrell, 1~87.5 feet to land of Albert'A. thence northwesterly crossing land of said Steniberg in a straigh~t' line to the northeasterly corner of land of Margaret A. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate or transfer from available funds, the sum of $12,500 for the purchase of a new bulldozer and equipment, to be used in the operation of the new dump ~d fill method of refuse disposal, the old Highway Department tractor to be used as a trade-in to reduce the purchase price. Petition of the Board of Selectmen. ARTICLE 3. To see if the ToWn will vote to rescind the action of the Town Meeting of March lr, 195~, with reference to Article ~5, wherein the sum of $2,700.00 was appropriated for the purchase of a bulldozer blade to be used on our old Highway Department tractor in the operation of the dump. And you are Hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting true and attested copies thereof, at the Town Hall, and at five or more public places in each voting precinct. Said copies to be posted not more than fifteen days nor less than ten days before the time of holding said meeting.
