directed to notify.and warn the i~b~bitants of North Andover, qualified to
~o~e in Town affairs, to meet in the Parish Hall, in said North 'Andover on
Saturday afternoon, the eleventh day of June, 1955 at 2 o'clock P.M., then
and there to act on the following business:
.~TICLE 1. For the purpose of reading of the Proclamation "An Act to divide
the Town of Andover and to incorporate the Town of North Andover, passed by
the HOUse of Representatives and the Senate on April 7, 1855."
