Alvlno of North Andover the sum of $900.0~'to be used by. the Town and applied towards the cost of extending the water ~y.stem on ~ss Avenue easterly'from Osgood Street. ARTICLE ~. VOTED to accept from ~armelo ~arion of Lawrence, ~ass.~ the s~u of $800.00 to be used by the tova~ and applied towards the cost of extending the se~er system on 6teen Street westerly from Linden Avenue. SPECIAL TOWN MF~ETING 0P JU~rE 30, 1956 At this Special Town l'.~oeting held in the Veterans Auditorium of the North Andover High School on Saturday Juno 30, 1~56 at 1:30 P.M, contained the new Zoning By-Laws also; Copy of the ORIGINAL WARRANT IN Record Book # 2. The following was voted in additional to bylaws. ARTICLE 2. VOTED that the sum of $1,500.00 be taken from available -~nds to be used by the Plannin~ Board for publishing and printed in such form as may be determined by the Planning Board, the Zoning By-Laws as they may be finally approved at the Town ~eeting of June 30, 1956 or ~r. yadJournments thereof, provided said By-Laws are otherwise made effective by such approval as might be required by the Attorney General and such publication of said approval amended Zoning by-Laws as may be legally required.
