In the name of the Commonwealth you are hereby required to notify and
warn the inhabitants of said Tovrn of North Andover~ho are qualified to vote for
Pr~sidential Electors, State, District mmd County Officers and upon all questions
appearing on the ballo% to meet and assemble in the ~esignated and appointed
polling places in Precincts One, Two, Three and Four. The Bradstreet School in
Precinct One, the Court Room, To~n Office Building in Precinct ~o, the Albert
Thomson School in Precinct Three and the Kittrcdge School in Precinct Four.

Court; County Commissioners-two for Essen County; a Sheriff for Essex County;
a Clerk of Courts for ~ssex County. (To fill vacancy) and upon the followLug
questions:
A. Shall licenses be granted in this town for the sale therein of all alcoholic
beverages, (whiskey, rum, gin, malt beverages, wines and all other alcoholic
beverages)? YES
NO
B. S~ll licenses be granted in this town for the sale therein of winesl and
malt beverages (wines and beer, ale and all other malt beverages0? Yes
NO.
C. Shall licenses be granted in this town for the sale therein of all alcoholic
beverages in packages, so, called, not to be drunk on the premises? YES
NO
?ne polls shall be open at ? o'clock A.M., and close at 8o'clock P.N.
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting true and attested
copies thereof at the Town Hal! and at five or more public places in each
voting precinct, said copies to be posted not more than fifteen days nor less
than ten days before the time of said meeting.
Hereof, fail not and make due returns of this warrant with your doings thereon
at the time and place of holding said meeting'te the Town Clerk.
