VOTED that thc sum of $1900 be taken-from .the Reserve Fund Overlay Surplus to be expended by the Board of Public Works for thc purpose of this article subject to the following conditions; that on or before November 15, 1957, the petitioners and/or o~mers make a guarantce~ acceptable to the Board of Public'Works, of six. percent of the actUal cost of the construction, as water rates for a period of fourteen years.
