by salary deductions from or special purchase by the fo~mer employee. The

(B) Shall licenses be granted in this town for the sale
therein of wines and malt beverages (wines and beer, ale
and other malt beverages)? YES - NO
(C) Shall licenses be granted in this town for the sale
therein of all alcoholic beverages in packages, so called,
not to be drunk on the premises? YES - NO.
QUESTION NO. 3. (A) Shall the pari-mutuel system of betting on licensed
horse races be permitted in this county? YES - NO.
(B) Shall the pari-mutuel system of betting 'on licensed
dog races be permitted in this county?. YES - NO.
QUESTION NO. 4. "Shall an act .passed by the General Court in the year
nineteen hundred and fifty-eight, entitled "An Act
authorizing the t~ustees of the Essex County Agri~cultural
School to have plans and specifications prepared for a
vocatlonal-teck~uical school to be used more particulsmly
for training in the thirteenth and fourteenth g~ade levels,
a physical education building and for remodelling and
extending its present'heating facilities, at a cost not
to exceed one million, two hundred thousand dollams and
to expend the sum of fifty thousand dollars for said plans,'
be accepted?" YES NO.
All to be voted upon one ballot.
The'Polls 'shall be open at 7 o'clock A.M., and close at 7 O'clock P.M.
And youare directed to serve this warrant by posting t~ue and attested
copies thereof at the Town Building and at five or more public places in '
each voting precinct, said copies to be posted not more than fifteen days
nor less than ten days before the time of said meeting.
Hereof, fail not and make due returns of this warrant with you~ doings
thereon at the time and place of holding said meeting to the Town Clerk.
