(A) Shall the pari-mutuel system of betting on licensed horse races be permitted in this county? YES - NO. (B) Shall the pari-mutuel system of betting 'on licensed dog races be permitted in this county?. YES - NO. QUESTION NO. 4. "Shall an act .passed by the General Court in the year nineteen hundred and fifty-eight, entitled "An Act authorizing the t~ustees of the Essex County Agri~cultural School to have plans and specifications prepared for a vocatlonal-teck~uical school to be used more particulsmly for training in the thirteenth and fourteenth g~ade levels, a physical education building and for remodelling and extending its present'heating facilities, at a cost not to exceed one million, two hundred thousand dollams and to expend the sum of fifty thousand dollars for said plans,' be accepted?"
