ARTICLE 1.
To see if the Town will vote to amend its Zoning By-Law by inserting, after Section
thereof, the following new section: Section 4.07: Municipal buildings,
designed to further the health, safety, convenience, or welfare of the Town may be
stmcted and maintained within any Zoning District. Petition of the Town Counsel
others.
ARTICLE 2.
ARTICLE S.
To see if the Town will vote to transfer from unexpended balance of Article 22, of
1964 Town Meeting, (Mass. Ave., Sidewalk) the sum of $1,900.00 to install
Concrete sidewalk along the west side of Main Street starting at Tavern Road going
wards Chickering Road for a distance of 670 feet.
Petition of Chief of Police Joseph W. Lawlor and Highway Surveyor, Nicholas F. Nieetta.
To see if the Town will vote to accept Marblehead Street from Harold Street to Massachul
setts Avenue.
Petition of Highway Surveyor Nicholas F. Nicette.
ARTICLE 4.
To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sut~cient sum of money to install
cement posts on Route 133 to prevent trespassing on land in area of Ray's Pond.
Petition of the Board of Selectmen and others.
And you 'are directed to serve this warrant by posting true and attested copies thereof, at the
Town 0~ce Building and at five or more public places in each voting precinct of the Town. Said copies
to be posted not more than fifteen days nor less than ten days before the time of holding said meeting.
Hereof, fail not and make due return cf this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk
at the time and place of said meeting.
