ARTICLE 1. To see if the Town will vote to amend its Zoning By-Law by
a new zoning district, to be knovm as the Apartment District, in which apart-

Art. 1. Con't. its present provision that such developments may be p~rmitted
in"any Zoning District," by describing the area of the pz~oposed new apartment ~.
district, and by ~efining the other uses which may be proper, without any speci~
permit, in any Apartment District. Petition of the Selectmen.
ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to amend .the action taken under Article
55 of the warrant for the 1968 Annual Town ~eeting so that the money voted and
ceived thereunder shall be expended for the extension of the water system to
Raleigh Tavern Lane (South) on the Raleigh '£'avern Estates Subdivision off Parnum
Street. Petition of the Board of Public Works.
ARTICLE ~. To see if the Town will raise and appropria'te the sum of $7800, for
the installation of traffic lights at the corner of Sutton and ~.lain Streets.

ARTICLE ~4o To see if the Tonn will vote to ratify and confirm the"Resolution
and ~tat~ment" adol~ed by the Selectmen on August ~0, 1968, which lm rticular
defines the boundaries of ~andra Lene, established as a town way by the 1968
Annual Town l~Ieeting. Petition of the Selectmen.
ARTICLE 5- To see if the Town: ~ill vote to amend Article IV of its General By-
Laws by adding thereto the following new section:

urveyor for the purpose of widening ~arnum Street for a distance of notgmc~e
than 4,000 feet, said widening to be continguous to the ~aleigh Tavern Estates~

ARTICLE 7- To see if the Town will raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of
money to widen and rebuild approximately ~000 feet of ~'arnum Street continguous
to the Raleigh Tavern Estates. Petition of the Highway Surveyor.
ARTICLE 8. To see if the Tovm will raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of mon~
to improve drainage on Timber Lane. Petition of the Sele ctme~..
ARTICLE 9. To see if the Town will vote to amend Sect~_on 6.61 of its Zoning
by°striking out the words "vacant and" so that said Section will read as followS:'
6:81 The residential lot areas and lot widths above require~ under Section
6.5 shall.not apply in any residence district to any lot of less area or l~ss
width than above required if such lot beC'not adjoined by other land of the
same owner, available for combination with or use in connection with'such lot
provided that the applicant for a building p~rmit on any such lot s~hall show
by citations from the E-~sex County Registry of Deeds incorporated in or attached
to such application that such lot was lawfully laid ou~ and duly r$~oreded by
plan or deed prior to the effective date of said Sectio~ 6.~ and provided that
