HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-09-30~'-() Special State Election September 30, 1969 ~ vote in State Elections to meet in the Bradstreet School Auditorium in ~ Precinct One, the St. Michaels School Auditorium in Precinct Two and the ~ Thomson School Auditorium in Precinct Three and the Eittredge School Auditorlu~ in Precinct Four TUESDAY, the THIRTIETH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1969 at l~ o'clock A.M~ for the following purposes: To bring in their votes to the Town Clerk and Election Officers for the following office: REPRESENTATIVE In CONGRESS for the Sixth Congressional District, to ·fill a vacancy. The Polls will be open from 1.0 o'clock ~M~ until 8:00 P.M. And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting true and attested copies thereof, at the Tovm Office Building and at five or more public p~a cas in each voting precinct of the Town, said copies to be posted not less than seven days before the stated time for holding such meeting. No person, firm or corporation shall, individually or by their agents, servants or employees, place or deposit by sweeping, shovelling or the use of other manual or mech- anicsl means, upon any public street or way dedicated to public travel in the Town of North ~ndover, snow or ice, in any form, which has accumulated on the premises of much person, firm or corporation: except that snow or ice, in any form, may be removed from the sidewalk adjacent to the premises of such firm or corporation and deposited in that part of such street or way nearest the curbing or outer edge of the sidewalk. No person, firm or corporation, or their agents, servants or employees, shall, after snow has been deposited ~long the sidewalk of a public street or way dedicated to public use by snow- plows or other anow removal equipment, of or under the control of the Town of North Andover, remove the same, or any part thereof, from such portion of sucl street or way and deposit it in the t ravelled part of such street or way.
