No person, firm or corporation shall, individually or by their agents, servants or employees, place or deposit by sweeping, shovelling or the use of other manual or mech- anicsl means, upon any public street or way dedicated to public travel in the Town of North ~ndover, snow or ice, in any form, which has accumulated on the premises of much person, firm or corporation: except that snow or ice, in any form, may be removed from the sidewalk adjacent to the premises of such firm or corporation and deposited in that part of such street or way nearest the curbing or outer edge of the sidewalk. No person, firm or corporation, or their agents, servants or employees, shall, after snow has been deposited ~long the sidewalk of a public street or way dedicated to public use by snow- plows or other anow removal equipment, of or under the control of the Town of North Andover, remove the same, or any part thereof, from such portion of sucl street or way and deposit it in the t ravelled part of such street or way.
