Coa~y made a'motion to adjourn meeting until Tuesday evening February.:
1974 at 7:00 P.M., in the Fire Station, reason being that by
the situation of Town Elections and meetings bill should he-signed by~'the

seconded

to vote in Elections and Town Affairs =o meet im the Bradstreet School in.-
Precinct One, the St. Michaels School in Precinct Two, the Thomson School~'im
tinct Three, the Kittredge School in Precinct Four and the Franklin School
in Precinct Five, in the Auditoriums of each School, all in said North Andover
on MONDAY, the FOURTH DAY OF MARCH 1974 at 7:00 A.M., and there to act

and one member of the Planning Board for five years, nine members of a Charter
Commission for one year, and upon the following question:

The polls will be open from 7:00 A.M., to 7:00 P.M.
And you are hereby directed to serve this Warran= by posting true and attested
copies thereof at the Town OffiCe Building and a= five or more public places
