MONDAY, THE T~'~NTY-SECOND DAY OF F.~ICH 1976 AT 7:00 A.M., and there tosct upon the following article: ARTICLE 1. To elect a Treasurer for one year, one Hoderator,~ one Selectman, One Highway Surveyor one Tree Warden, One member of the Board of ~ssessors, one Member of the Board of Public Works, one Member of the Board of Health and two (2) member of the School Committee all for three year t arms, one member of the Planning Board and one member of the Housing Authz:ity for five years. The polls will open at 7:00 A.H., and close at 7:00 P.M. And you are hereby directed to ~rve this ~arrant by posting true and attested cOPies of this Warrant at the Town Office Building and at five or more public places in each voting precinct of the Town. Said copies to be posted not less than seven days before- the time of said meeting. · Hereof fait not and make return of this warrant with your doings thereon at the time and place of said meeting. To see if the Town will vote that there is a necessity for the enlargement of an cemetery in the town, and to direct the Selectmen, under General Laws, Chapter ll4, Sectio~ ll, to make application to the Essex County Commissioners to acquire, for the purpose of such a cemetery, that land described in the deed fromBom4n Catholic Archbishop of Boston .to Planning Office for Urban Affairs, Inc., by deed recorded in the Horth Essex Registry of Deeds, Book 1262, Page 325. To see if the Town will vote to direct the Selectmen to cause an appeal ~o be filed in behalf of {he Board of Appeals, from the decision of the Essex County Superior Court in. Civil ~ction No. 2647.
