in research and development of new sources or power, new siting tech-'i
niques, and methods ofenvironmcntal protection.
In carrying out its responsibilities the Authority is nuthori~J'to
adopt by-laws; adopt an official seal; maintain o~ce~s; sue and be sued; 1

w~alth: issue revenue bonds and borrow money in anticipation or issu- [
