Motion: Move to amend the General Fund Appropriation for Fiscal Year 2004 as
voted under Article 12 of the May 12, 2003 Annual Town Meeting as follows:
General Government-Personnel Increase $103,560
General Government-Salary Reserve Decrease $ 74,446
Public Safety-Personnel Increase $ 46,522
Public Works-Personnel Increase $ 9,187
North Andover Public Schools Increase $200,000
Essex Regional Technical School Decrease $101,882
Greater Lawrence Tech School Increase $ 3,410
Unemployment Decrease $250,000
And further to make the following appropriations:
From Free Cash $1,502,475 to the Stabilization Fund
From Free Cash $ 159,802 to reduce the tax rate.
