To receive the report of the Community Preservation Committee and to see if the Town will vote to raise, borrow and/or appropriate from the Community Preservation Fund, in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 4413, a sum of money to be spent under the direction of the Community Preservation Committee; or to take any other action relative thereto.
