order to insert definitions for "Addition" and "Conversion" .
ARTICLE: (a) To see if the Town will vote to amend the language of Section 2, Definitions, of
the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw so as to include the definitions of"Addition", under a
new section 2.21.01 and "Conversion" under a new Section 2.29.01. The definitions are as follows:
2.21.01 Addition: The enlargement, alteration, extension or change to an existing dwelling unit
that does not result in the creation of an additional dwelling unit.
2.29.01 Conversion: The enlargement, alteration, extension or change to an existing dwelling unit
that results in the creation of an additional dwelling unit attached to the existing dwelling unit.
