Article 38. Amend Zoning Map - Rezone Police Station Area.
To see if the Town will vote to make the appropriate changes to the Town of North Andover Zoning Map, pursuant to Section 3.2 of
the Zoning Bylaw, to rezone the below parcels of land from their current zoning to General Business.
Residential 4 to General Business:
1) From 522 Main Street to 566 Main Street [North Andover Police Department], and
2) From 39-41 Park Street to 75 Park Street [the Greenery].

(1) To rezone the eight parcels with land fronting on Turnpike Street from the intersection of Hillside Road and Turnpike Street
