Maximum Amount of Density Prior to the Amendment • For example, using a PRD in the VR District, the following would occur: • A parcel with 10 acres would � yield a total maximum number of units equaling 50 under the current bylaw. Maximum Amount of Density AFTER the Amendment • For example, using a PRD in the VR District, the following would occur: • A parcel with 10 acres would yield a total maximum number of units equaling approximately 10 or less depending upon topographical constraints of the land.
