One is for the creation of the newspaper stand bylaw per the town manager. Another is to amend the VR District Table as well as a corollary section of the PRD 8.5 bylaw. Another is to amend the new PCD District to delete high residential uses [this was an oversight that occurred at a last minute amendment at last year's town meeting]. A final is that I am again amending the Phased District Bylaw that I previously submitted to you based on town counsel recommendations. I should have these to you by the end of next week. I just came back from vacation yesterday and was in court all day on a land use matter. I am also booked in meetings all day Monday and all afternoon Tuesday so can hopefully have these completed by mid to end of next week. Thanks, Heidi
