Amend North Andover Zoning Bylaw — Section 4.135 Industrial "S" District. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw, Section 4.135 in order to allow retail stores that are an accessory use to warehousing or wholesaling. Amend Section 4.135 by adding the underlined language and deleting the stricken language to read as follows: 4.135 Industrial "S" District 8. Premises of a bank, post office, telephone exchange or telephone business office, local bus passenger station, or business office buildings. By Special Permit, an automobile service or filling station, a diner, a restaurant, a retail food store, and retail stores that are an accessory use to the principal use. but no ethef retail steles „f any kind. And further that the non-substantive changes to the numbering of this bylaw by the Town Clerk be permitted in order that it be in compliance with the numbering format of the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of North Andover. Section 4.135 as amended to read as follows: 4.135 Industrial "S" District 8.
