Upon review of the site plan dated July 13, 2018, prepared by Christiansen & Sergi, Inc, it is unclear where the proposed gutters for the 14 foot x 16 foot addition outlet. Per the Watershed Protection District bylaw, within the non-disturbance zone the runoff from impervious surfaces shall be recharged on-site. The outlet(s) for the proposed gutters shall be identified on the site plan and the outlet(s) for the addition are recommended to be infiltrated on-site. 2. A construction detail of the proposed gutter infiltration system shall be included on the site plan. 3.
