54 additional units planned for this area exceeds 700 residential units in quarter mile of a residential street. Concerned
55 for safety and Prescott Street as main egress for Dire Department Station##1 response.
56 Barbara Suhr, 148 Main Street: 'Prefers new buildings do not"tower over" Sutton Pond Condominiums which are

58 John Finnernore,90 High Street: Building B appears to lack parking. Questioned whether Conservation concerns
59 have been resolved with the new scheme. Questioned finality of proposal for 200 apartments. Referenced Master
60 Plan and lack of inference to build more apartments.
61 F. Goldberg: Urged residents to read the Housing Production Plan;there's simply no land to build single family
62 homes; the creed for affordable housing still exists.
63 J. Simons: Regardless,the fact remains that this property is zoned for apartments;the affordable housing situation
64 remains and is separate; it will only get tighter. We can deny or condition under a Special Permit which sets a high
65 burr for this particular project.
66 D. Gillespie: Referenced 2018 Master Plan;property was noted as having plans in process for 200 market rate
67 rental units.

133 original and modified permit(s)which were Broadly drafted; it's difficult to release occupancy'building by

135 connections,for the first 3 buildings. We agree to provide verification on a building by building basis and then as

188 less than desirable;referenced dying trees that were not removed as requested.

1.90 tremendously.People make U-turns on Wood Lane all the time. Concern for traffic and large truck vendor access

250 J. Smolak: Received peer review today for traffic and civil as well as additional stormwater. Team went before
251 Conservation Commission last week; an NO] for the property has been established. Stormwater overlaps lot
252 boundaries. Subdivision roadway which started at approx. 695 ft.will likely be reduced to 200 ft. in length. Solar
253 area has a ways to go before definitive approval.
