Conditions of Approval,NACC ##245 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (B) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Mary Guarini, applicant/homeowner, filed for a small project for work proposed at 173 Ingalls Street,North .Andover. The proposed work includes constructing a 6.5'lay 12' addition to an existing 5'by 12' deck in the backyard (bringing the total square footage to 138 s.f.). The proposed work also includes replacing the decking/handrails on the existing deck and installing a new concrete pier, staircase, and concrete pad below the staircase. The deck is approximately 70' from Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) in the backyard of the property. During the November 6, 2019 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve this project. The project is approved only as it relates to the. Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. El Locations of any drainage structures. 111 Locations of any easements,including but not limited to,drainage and utility easements. El Locations of any open space boundaries if(e.g.if the lot is affected by the 50' open space boundary as required in a Planned Residential Development(PRD)). El Location and nature of all proposed alterations to the Buffer Zone Resource Area.
