While they are far enough from the resource area, they are located in MESA priority habitat. How much clearing do you anticipate will be needed for these pits?There is an exemption for testing as long as clearing is limited to only what is absolutely necessary. I don't anticipate removing any large trees,just whatever small saplings we need to remove to get the backhoe in. Sheet 1 of 2 1. The Assessor's map and parcel have been corrected. 2. The TP2 label has been changed to PT2 3. The prepared for line in the title block now states"Prepared For: Owner Ruth t...." 4. The wells and existing leach systems on abutting properties have been shown,the one on the opposite side of Salem Street is on the Overview Map.The properties on the west side are indicated as being on town water. 5. The septic tank cover locations have been shifted to reflect where the openings will be. 6. The observation tubes have been shown on the plan view. 7. The foundation drains with an outlet invert have been shown on the plan. 8. Arrows and notes have been added regarding surface drainage being directed away from the system. 9. The leach lines are connected with a solid line to the vent. 10. The stray line has been deleted. 11. The topographic lines have been adjusted over the pipe from the tank to the D-Box to provide sufficient cover. 12. General note 6 has been revised. 13. Note 8 has been revised to indicate that contractor shall install a temporary benchmark within 50'to 75' of the system. Sheet 2 of 2 1. The invert elevations have been adjusted to provide a 0.005 fllft slope on the leach pipe in the system profile. 2. The septic tank detail has been revised. 3. Note 5 on the septic tank detail has been eliminated.A filter is not required. 4. The access covers are still shown below grade because no effluent filter is proposed. 5. Septic tank buoyancy calculations have been added to the plans.It is assumed the tank would be submerged so the depth of cover over the tank was increased to 2'to provide sufficient weight. 6. The notation on cover material for the leach trench sections has been revised. 7. The stone size on the trench sections has been revised. 8. The observation tube detail has been revised. Additional Comments 1. Construction note 14 has been deleted. 2. The depth of soil removal below the leach trenches has been revised to resemble the actual depth of soil removal.
