RE: Cancelled septic system work
Dear Owner,
On September 23, 2019 the North Andover Health Department issued a disposal works
construction permit for work to be done on the septic system at 153 Mill road. Recently, it was
brought to our attention that the permit was voided as work was cancelled by the homeowner.
In order for the septic system to function properly,the issues specified in the Title V report from
September 6, 2019, need to be corrected. Attached you will find a list of licensed septic installers
and engineers in the Town of North Andover. After choosing one from the attached list,please
submit a signed contract no later than February 7, 2019 and have the work completed no later
than June 1, 2019.
