Goldberg, Chairman: The Planning Board meeting for Tuesday,December 10,2019 was called to order at 7 7 p.m. 8 C 9 ANR 10 4 Middleton Road Paul Horn: Applicant requests endorsement of the approval not required plan. 11 M. Gregoire: The Applicant seeks to create two lots frown one. A revised plan was submitted to reflect CBA and 12 frontage, The Parcel in in North.Andover and Andover and the Applicant has already received endorsement from 13 from.Andover. The frontage on Middleton Road is 181.65 ft.; CBA is 83.6%due to wetlands across the street. 14 Currently Salem Street maintains access and the zoning address is Andover. This is in the R2 District. Two four 15 bedroom homes will be built; one per lot. The existing home will be demolished. j 16 J. Simons: Board requests a letter on file addressing that there is an existing structure to be removed. 17 MOTION: A, Preston made a motion to direct the Staff Planner to endorse the ANR Plan for 0 Middleton Road, 18 Paul Horn.J. Simons seconded the motion. The vote was 4-0, unanimous in favor. 19 0 485 Wood Lane,58,Stevens LLC: The Applicant requests endorsement of the Approval Not Required Plan. 21 M. Gregoire: Applicant seeks to create two lots from one; access to the rear lot is from Great Oak Street and the 22 other is from Wood Lane. 125 ft. gravel driveway. Applicant would like to sell off rear lot. 23 Board: frontage is not available in the right of way and 1.00 ft. is required.Both streets are accepted and 24 maintained by the town.Perhaps DPW can weigh in on this. Utilities extend from Great Oak Street. Subdivision I 25 will require a roadway plan and Homeowner's Association will need to be established. Does not meet the 26 requirements of an ANR and The Applicant needs to provide a Plan showing subdivision and roadway, 27 MOTION: J. Simons made a motion to accept the applicant's request to withdraw without prejudice in order to 28 prepare a subdivision proposal for 0 Middleton Road,Paul. Horn.P.Boynton seconded the motion. The vote was 29 4-0, unanimous in favor, 30 31 ADJOURNMENT 32 MOTION: A. Preston made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by P. Boynton.The vote 33 was 4-0,unanimous in favor.
