Mr. Lindon 'indicated to that he would take e site walk with her to, observe the
problem n recommend whit action could be taken.

Willie Vicens had, drafted a Condlt:ional Extension '' r t. New information
came in regarding furt r devellopemnt on Lot E. 141"llie recommended that the
developer nd his engineer attend the next meeting to di,scluss the entire file,,, .
Loot 2 - Old Cart Wax - Teoma Estates
r., Howard the awner, attended the meeting to discuss the problems. It appears
the water, line has been put through the resource area, blocking the
drainage swale# Also, there exists a large pile of loam near the resource area..
r. Howard, was directed t ee hay bales around the pile of loam. Mr. Lindon
indicated that more research wow e required to resolve the water line issue.

The Commission. considered the "'As-Built" plans as submitted There appears to
e some discrepancy between the plans described in the Order of Conditions are
the plans submitted. It was determined that a joint meeting world e necessary
to discuss the requirements of the NACC#

The NACC considered "As-Built" plans as submitted. There appeared to be some -
discrepancy between what was required and the construction h e t �k place.
. site visit will be conducted within the next two weeks. Commission voted t
approve the plan for Lot 1 .

Public Hearings - 8:00 P.Me
Chestnut Street - The developer Mr., Ben Osgood indicated that a new conceptual
design was being developed by the engineer and requ,e,sted an extension.
The Board granted thiswith a request 'to send I a note to P.1anning B.o,drid . repolmmend.ing a
40' maximum width crossing and the need for flood plain elevations for the project.
Brook Farm - Public
Mr.1 Robert Lynch of Atlantic, Engineering Consultants presien,ted the, plans for
-the subdivision. The Commission closed the public hearing with, a motion to issue
an Order of Conditions within 21 days after receipt of' a ten year drainage
calculations for the po,n,d and the site. W., Vicens motioneld to close the hearing
and 'Bois Bruinoo,ge seconded the motion.
Lot I Dale Street
Joseph Cushing and Richard Kaminski" Associates presented the plans. The Commission
closed the public, hearing, and voted to issue an Orde Conditions in, 21, days.

The Request to Determine was extended to the next public hearing scheduled for
January 13, 1988. 14. 'ice ns motioned and Carl Schoene seconded.
Orders of Conditions
Abbott, Vaill1l e - The Commission voted to issue the Order of Conditions as amended
f'or Abbott Village Estates. W. Vic ens motioned and Bruinooge-'seconded,
Dale Street Sewer Line
G. Sc ene, motiLned to issue an Order- 'of"Go'nd il t ion's as amended, for Dale Street Sewer
Line. C. Schoenebeconded.

The Commission voted to request, an extension from the applicant for a period of
nine days to issue the Order of Conditions.
