individual Septic Systems. This, IIIS mostly meadow land. There will 'be some work done
in, the buffer zone. The following is a list of some of' the abutto�rs who, spoke about
their problems, to the Commission namely: Mr. Sullivan, Mrs,. Allara, George Leonard,,
Ethel Allard, Frank Dell aYano, Carry Russo, James Chase of 500 Winter St and
Mr. Sandstrom' of 514, Winter, �S,t.
A site visit will, be made by the Commissilon on December 12th,
WI, VIcens requested that we need more information, such as contiguous buildable area
of lots. 2 Lands, subject to flooding, and 3. Staking f road (center line) and house
Lots 1, and '7. Would also need, 100 year flood plain shown. on plans. W. Vicens
motioned that we close the public hearing on Lots 1,4 thr,ough 7 on Winter Street
(Bruin HIL11) and issue an Orde,r of Conditions within 21 days after rece I*pt of letter
with the above requested information. A. Resca seconded, motion carried.,

T'. Neese, the, engineer for the above project proceeded to respond to the BSCIs report
that the Commission had done on this project, as did a Jack Rohr of IEP and Doug Titus,
One abuttor, Dick 'Heller spoke about the drainage. W. Vicens motilloned we close the
public hearing and issue, an Order of Conditions on Abbott Village within 21 days after
receipt of an additional written, report by IEP. P. Tari,o,t seconded, motion carried,.,

seconded, motion carried.,
Borden Chemical ublic Hearing-
Fred a .y and Rick Taylor attended the meeting and r ed t,o, explain the plans on
the addition to the main building, and the extending of the paIlet area for shipping
purposes. No filling of wetland is proposed but work is it inthe buffer zone,
W. icens motioned we close the public, hearing on Borden Chemical and issue an Order
of Conditions, within 21 day's. C. Schoene seconded, motion carried.
Chestnut Street - L is 2 through 12 Continued Public 'Hea
T., Neve and the Commission, discussed the area, at great length and it was motioned by
W. Vicens to extend the public hearing until December, 30th. A. Ream seconded, mot-ion
carried.
Long Pastures - Order of Conditions
Paul ariot motioned we accept the draft denial on Long Pastures, Order, of Coniditons
as submitted. W. Vis seconded, motion carried. C. Schoene abstained.
