Robert Ma,nsour explained the current situation. It was requested,
by the Commission that Nancy write a letter to American
Development requesting a plan to rectify f looding of McLay I s
yard. McLay's being an abutter to Willow Tree Mall,,

All work, has been halted by an Enforcement Order until. the bond

explained his plans, There is a question of a Permit issue.
Heavy machinery is needed for work. NA CC would like to approve
the culvert and additional erosion control; minimall additional
grading to go forward. B. Mansour motioned to al low the builder
to take care of the water problem in, the trench, ins-tall the
culvert pipe according to, the method described, put, the erosion

Commission is seeking to have the existing 401 drive' width
restored to the original 30 " design. Planning, Board is 'involved
and Nancy will be talking with them, Special Perm'its are
involved for a common drive wetland crossing.,

A request for, an extension to the Order of Conditions was made as
this lot 'is not ready for a Certificate of Compliance, This is a
six year old Order of Conditi a our motioned to deny

BOND RELEASE REQUEST
All the bond is not posted. There are two developers on this
subdivision, amount we have 'i's $14, 612 ,. 68 in a passbook for Bear
Hill Development Trust., W. Vicens is not in favor of returning
any monies until 'it has been straightened out to our
satisfaction, Commission agreed, no vote taken.

On March 18, 1987 a Genic icate of Compliance was issued on Lot B

REQUEST' FOR MODIFICATION
Plans were 11unof f ici ally' proposed for a different house
placement than originally approved. The new settling is further
from the wetland edge than original . This area initially had
five lots which were reduced to three lots. No vote taken.
Requested, that plans be "officially" submitted for action.
