Contuation of Lots 2 & 3 Old Cart Way - Public Hearing (Teoma Estates)

represented the owner., Presented his plans with wetland crossings. Since you
could go from, Lot 2 into Lot, 3 with a common driveway, the original dedLsion
was no wetlands would be altered for any construction of the proposed house, drive-
ways, or subsurface dis sa,l system was in the, Order of Conditions for the, Sub-
division. Rf Mans our motioned that we close -the public he g on Lots 2 and 3,
Old Cart 'Way and issue an Order of Conditions within 21 days. A. Resca seconded,
motion carried.
Lot 15 & 16 Salem Street
Curt Young of Wetlands Preservation, attended the meeting and made a presentation
to the Commission on the above Lots. He explained that, they had cut the roots off
of some trees, in such a way that they would die and would probably not remain standing.
They are, monitoring the wetlands*
