An Enforcement Order was 'issued on, this area on December 3 , 1986,
requesting erosion controls be placed and, to attend our next
meeting of December 10, 19860 At thiz meeting we extended the
time to the first of March for a solution to the area' s problem
and 'it was, also noted that there 'is no valid Order of' Condit,"ions
at this time, Daniel Hayes of the law firm of Sweeney and
Sargent, Bill Dunlap., assistant manager of Continental
Cableviision of' New England and F.G. Davies, plant manager of
of
Continental Cablevision I of New England atended. this meleting.
There was much discussion, on siltation at the base, of the road,
catch, basins filled with, siltation, siltation on the road and 'in
the abettors property. It was motioned by A. Res,ca that there be
a three month check-up in this area, that removal of siltation on

James Bourgeois of Channel Building, attended, the meeting. A,
progress, report was presented and accepted, with a copy to Karen
Nelson. It was established that there, had been a filling, of a
wetland of 4 ,, 57 ,, instead of the 4 . 31 that had been all owed.1
Contact East expansion proposal was discussed. This lot is not
part, of the original subdivision, and cannot be, included 'in the
Order of Conditions for the Bus,iness, Park. W. Vicens, motioned we,
approve the wetland replacement area on Lot E. B. nsour
seconded motion, carried.

Mr. McLay was, present, at this meeting, but no one, represented
American Development. Bob Mansour did some research into this
flooding matter and stated, that, the proposal made 'by American
Development i'sn It going to work. The solut i4on presented to us on
the drawing dated January 1987 regardjLng regrading of this
property was unacceptable as shown., It was decided that a letter
to Doug Liston, the engineer, at American Development that, the
solution presented to us on this drawing on proposed regrading
dated January 19, 1,98,7 , 'i' s unacceptable and a better solution,
should be found., L. Brulnooge seconded,, motion carried. There
is an urgency to this issue as the M'cLay's plants come in the
first, of April; therefore, the Board 'moved to request a new
solution by March 11th. Motion carries,,
Lot 24 - 28 Forest Street - Enforcement Order

J. Linden 'inspected site and recommended erosion control; work,
had stopped, but bond had not been posted. Thad Berry of'
Christiansen Engineering claims he needs a ba,ckhoe to clear the
,area, They are in the process of making wetland crossings for
two common dive .ys. The requests of the NACU are Poisting
