McGregor stating the �concu,rrence with the filing of this application; a, letter
stating wetlands flagged, and the corners of the building have been staked. B.

Rocky Brook Estates - Public Hearing - Part of Wintergreen Estates
Located off of Forest Street - Owned by Peter Breen, of Roicky Bro k, Realty Trust.
Construction of roadways, install Utilities, storm wa,ter mitigation devices
and compensatory wetland areas,. Thomas 'eve, represented Mr. Breen and described
the plans for the area. Mosquito Brook runs through this area and, 'be comesT sh
Brook in Boxford. J. Lind on, motioned that we close the public, hearilng on Rocky Brook
Estates and issue an Order of Conditions within 21, days after receipt of letter
addressing, the culvert problems, and resolving, of the filing fee question. L,

Lot #1 Chestnut Street,, owner Alan Solomont. Doug Lagass,e represented Alan Solomont.
This is 8.2 acr as of land on, Chestnut Street between Mill, and Rea Streets. The
drainage in the area was ecplained. A site visit will 'be, made., B. M'ansour motioned

Discussion took place regarding the hiring of a new Conservation Administrator,
Salary, Duties,, etc,, We are in the interviewing process.,
No Orders, of Conditions presented tonight.
