Scotts Pond- Ingalls Cro.ssing
Both Mr. Ahearn and Mr. Hinderer live close to this pond. Both, experience
wetness and flooding on their lots. Part of the, problem was that some
children had partially filled a weir dam outlet with stones per Ben Osgood
Jr.1 who cleaned it out. Osgood said the blocking caused the dam to, wash
out and flood around, the sides. This may not be a Conservation problem.
Ahearni's house was built we than adjacent, 'houses. The NACC 'will
visit, the site and discuss problem with Town staff.

Mr. Reginald Liandry, the owner, came before the Commission, It was established
that the, Order of Conditions had expired, so the Commissi-on requested a letter
requesting an extension of the time on the Order, of Condi,t ins, Also, the
plans that were shown did not designate wetlands,, so the, Commission could
not make a decision on excluding one of the lots from the Order.
Lot, BB Middleton Street - Enforcement Order
Some wetlands had been filled for construction of a driveway. A site visit
I will, be made by one of the Commisssioners.
Lot 10, Tucker Farm Road - Public Heain
Thad Berry of Christiansen EngineerIng represented the owner, M,ichael.
Roberts of Andlovier. The front yard for this house is a wetland and the front
walk is only a, few feet, away. Questions, raised about water flow across the
driveway. J. Linden motioned to close the public hearing on Notice of Intent
on Tucker Farm, Lot 10, issue an Order of Conditions within, 2,1, days. B. Mansour
seconded, motion carriede, (DEQE #242-38,2),
Lot IA - Tucker Farm Public Hear
Kevin, DellaPinna, the owner,, attended. the meeting. Thad Berry of Christillamen
Engineering represented the, owner. Septic system has been approved. NACC
requested a written construction schedule and a new-plan* also, stakes
showing where the comers of the house will be located. J. 'indon motiloned
to close the public hearing on Lot 1A Tucker Farm and issue, an Order of
Conditions within 21 days after receipt of' letter stating the construction
schedule, new plans with the staking of the house, C. Schoene seconded,
motion carried,

Scott Moorehead, of Beta Engineering represented the owners, presented, the
revised, plans as previous plans had been denied. J. Lind,on motioned to
continue the public hearing due to the new material that we have to cover,
The meeting will be extended to February 4th and the decision will be made
by February, 18,th,. A. Res ca seconded., motion carried.

R. M,ansour motioned 'to accept the corrected draft of the Order of Conditions,

B., Mansour to, look into the situation of the crossing. The area 'i's now
covered with snow, and the water is not flowing,

Mr. Longv eel"'s, property., The fill has been moved. and the area hay baled,
graded, with, less that 21 slope, wetland replacement and wetland vegetation
will be taken care of next, spring. He has an engineer coming in to survey
the wet land boundary,

The bond, issue is, to be checked out, and 'if we have not heard to call Steve
Stapin.ski regarding this matter,,

Reconstructed wetlan,d, unable, to view because of' snow cov,er,
Rocky Brook, Plan, - Review
Located in -the back of Wintergreen Proposing a road, going through the
wetland. A lot of wetland at this site. Very little area left for house
on this lo,t,. A replacement, plan is needed.
