In order to prevent any alteration of wetland resource areas a twenty five foot (25 ) No- Disturbance Zone and a fifty foot (50') No-Construction Zone shall be established from the edge of the adjacent wetland resource area. The Conservation Administrator and/or other agents of the NACC do not have the authority to waive these setbacks as established under the local bylaw.
