All sedimentation barriers shall be maintained in good repair,until all disturbed areas have been fully stabilized with vegetation or other mesas. At no time shall sediments be deposited in a wetland or water body. During construction, the applicant or his,/her designee shall inspect:the erosion controls on a,daily basis and shall remove accumulated sediments s needed.
