Attached are the soil testing results for the above referenced property.
Your office should confirm the applicant has paid the correct fee for(2) new construction lots.The application indicates
an addition to the existing dwelling.The soil evaluator, Steve Erickson, indicated we were testing for
(2) new lots. MRC will be invoicing appropriately.
These projects will likely be seeking variances from the BOH regulations to site a leaching facility less than 100'to a BVW
for new construction.

Bill,
I reviewed the four test pits proposed at 500 Boxford Street. All are within fairly level, open areas of the lot and appear
to be more than 50'from the BVW. I ask that when you access test pit#1 (the farthest in on the property) that you
access to the left of the pine trees as you face them.There is a wetland flag not far to the right of those pines. Please let
me know when work will begin and when you are finished.Thanks.

Hi Jim, I should have added first that the test pit locations as currently proposed will require a filing, but if moved to
more than 75'from the wetland/ephemeral pool habitat then I can sign off without a filing.

require the test pits to be at least 75' from the wetland. Please revise the sketch to show that the test pits are at least
75'from the wetland and then I can sign off on them. You may want to consider an ANRAD to have the wetlands
reviewed?

Please see the attached letter from Andover Consultants.
As per our conversation regarding 500 Boxford street. Its 3 lots. One lot has a house on it. They are reconfiguring down
to 2 lots and 2 houses.They want to put the systems 50 ft from the wetland. They don't want to spend any money if
they don't have a shot of building. I spoke to Bill MacLeod today and he said he was going to have a conversation with
Jen.
