Your office should confirm the applicant has paid the correct fee for(2) new construction lots.The application indicates an addition to the existing dwelling.The soil evaluator, Steve Erickson, indicated we were testing for (2) new lots. MRC will be invoicing appropriately. These projects will likely be seeking variances from the BOH regulations to site a leaching facility less than 100'to a BVW for new construction. All are within fairly level, open areas of the lot and appear to be more than 50'from the BVW. I ask that when you access test pit#1 (the farthest in on the property) that you access to the left of the pine trees as you face them.There is a wetland flag not far to the right of those pines. As per our conversation regarding 500 Boxford street. Its 3 lots. One lot has a house on it. They are reconfiguring down to 2 lots and 2 houses.They want to put the systems 50 ft from the wetland.
