B. Sousa and P. Tariot atteArided the site walk in the area with
James Sprague of D. E'. U. E. and the applicant and reprrmentatives.
D. E. O. E. said they would issue a decision ir, about two weekks.
Tire principle areas in contention are "uplands" neav, stonewall
where we thought the wetland went further uphill. An area had
beer, out-down recently by a mowing machirie, thus making it
impossible for the wetland species to be identified. J. Sprague
thought the %wale area wats a bordering vegetated wetland and
bank, wetland resource area, rather than land under water.
J. Sprague thought the swalle area waia the wetland areas that were
shown as separate near R-.-jutu 114 were connected instead to forri, a
larger area.
