build a deck with concretes footings onto his home. It was
decided that a Request for Determination wasp needed in order to
determine where the wetlands are. No vote was taken.

Carl Schoene disagreed with the wetland delineation. Carl
Schoene motioned to move roadway twenty -feet from the wetlands.
Xt was also motioned to accept plantis presented at hearing. P.
Tariot seconded, motion carried.
The owners attended the meeting and requested proredure -For
adding a deck to home. W. Vicens to write letter informing them
te,., file a RFaquest for Determination. No vote taken.

the Commission what procedure to take. It was decided by the

Paul Tariot in contact with Maureen Sakakeeny, Project Engineer
of Edwards & Keluey. It was decided that this project would go
on March 29, 1969 agenda.
Lot 21 and Lot 23 are to be auctioned off. The erosion control
on Lot 21 is inadequate - stockpiling rampant on Lot.
An open-files memo was sent by W. Vicans to the following
projects that have been in but hearings have not been closed or
decisions made. Name lyt WoodQhuck Wrove, Lots 30-33 Abbott
Street, Carlton Farms (Cot 3 Johnnycake) , Lawrence Airport and
Booth and Wesley Streets.
