the meeting and explained their plans to the Commission. Work to
he done is in tho back of the house. Donnie Cody, an abutter
also attended the meet inU. W. Vicens motioned to issue a
Negative Determination on Lot 1 Appleton Street, erosion control,
to be plaued am specified in the field by Richard Douuutte and
that no work take place northweat of the mmistinn olactric lines.

Pat Taylor the owner who plans to build an addition to the
onluting home and a pool in the back yard. W. Viconm motioned to
empower the situ visit team to make as decision on 119 Granvillo
Lane by tha 19th of May, (deadline) . A. Resca seconded, motion
carriod.

meeting. He informed the Commlosion that the angles of the ho"su
would ho chanond further from the wetlands. W. Vicens Motioned
we issue a Nepative Dot ormination an Lot 5 Tiffiny Lana with
throe conditionso 1. Eronion vontrol be motablimhod at line 25
feet from the wotland boundary. 2. No work within 25 feet of
buff or zone as per Order of Conditions and 3. No construction
work to be done within 50 feet as per Order of Conditions. A
request was made by the Commission to have thiu Order of
