Calzetta School Site
Joe Cushing, Marty Kretch and Mark DeSalvo attended. Wetlands
delineation and various interpretations of the Act as to the
resource areas were discussed. Various site plans for the school
and the associated wetlands impacts were presented. A site visit
will take place on 7/26.
Teoma Estates - Replication Area
Mr. Teoli, Mr. Maus and Mrs. Howard attended. R. Doucette stated
that the replication area's vegetation is in generally poor
condition but is surviving. New trees were recommended. The
contractor, species chosen and planting procedure will be
approved by R. Doucette. B. Sousa motioned to issue a Compliance
on the replication area subject to new growth shown on the
plantings. B. Mansour seconded. Motion carried.

Public Hearin - Notice of Intent
Jim Titus and Mr. Munroe attended. A drainage ditch and failed
french drain are in need of maintenance. The applicant wishes to
remove siltation from the ditch and the cattail marsh at the edge
of the lake. Work on the ditch was stopped with a cease and
desist order this past winter. B. Sousa motioned to close the
public hearing and issue a decision within 21 days. D. Moore
seconded, motion carried.

Re guest for Determination - Continued Public Hearin
Dick Barrett and Curt Young attended. Since revised plans were
delivered to the Conservation Office late this afternoon, with
unacceptable time for public review the Public Hearing will again
be continued, to 8/2 . B. Mansour motioned, D. Moore seconded,
motion carried.
Lots 31 and 32 Coventry
Re guest for Determination - Continued Public Hearin
Dick Barrett and Curt Young attended. Plans were presented for
the extension of a culvert and construction of a new headwall
between two lots. Houses will be constructed outside the buffer
zone on both lots. Abutters Dennis Fluet, Johnathan Weiss and
John Simons of the Planning Board expressed concerns. Their
concerns related to the large amount of fill necessary to build
on the lots, erosion and aesthetics. B. Sousa motioned to close
the public hearing and issue a decision within 21 days, D. Moore
seconded, motion carried.

Request for Determination - Public Hearin
Robert Janusz attended and presented plans for a single family
home. C. Schoene motioned to issue a negative determination with
conditions (hay bales) . D. Moore seconded, motion carried.
Lot J Appleton St.
Request for Certificate of Com liance for 242-158 Bear Hill
A letter was sent to the applicant requesting a letter from an
Engineer. Said letter must document deviations between the as-
built plan and the approved plan for the detention pond on lot J.
Lot 13 Wintergreen 242-438
Request for Modification
Mr. Temchula has forwarded a letter requesting a modification of
the original OOC to allow for grading in the rear of his house.
R. Doucette recommended acceptance of the modification. B.
Mansour motioned we accept the modification, D. Moore seconded,
motion carried.
Jared Place Phase II 242-506
Request for Modification
Robert Janusz presented information relating to two ' isolated
wetlands on lots 17 and 41. According to this information, these
two areas are not subject to protection under the act.
Conditions #14 . and 17 .b. will be modified as follow:
14. Delete all after "site" in last line on page.
17.b. Delete all references to Lot 41.

Request for Certificate of Compliance
A letter and as-built plans from Scott Giles were received
requesting compliance on these lots. The plans did not show
topographic elevations, therefore the request was denied. No
vote was taken.
Lot 14 Wintergreen (242-408)
Discussion of Bond
Mr. Eyal has previously been granted a modification to the OOC
for his lot. The builder states that he was not consulted of
this modification and is no longer involved in work yet the NACC
still holds his bond. The builder wishes to have his bond
released. Mr. Eyal will be asked to post a bond or an
Enforcement Order will be issued.
Lot 10 Salem St. 242-303
Request for Compliance
While researching the file and visiting the site to respond to
this request, it was noted that a prior violation (during
construction) may not have been rectified. A site visit will
take place on 7/26.
Amtrack ROW Management Plan
Assigned to P. Tariot for review.
Woodchuck Grove 242-475
C. Schoene brought up the pending extension of this decision and
the necessary action by NAM P. Tariot will review.
Fees
New state fees take effect on 8/1. Fees will be discussed on 8/2 .
Butcher Boy Mall, (#242-504)
Draft decision was reviewed and accepted. B. Sousa motioned, B.
Mansour seconded, motion carried.
P. Tariot motioned to adjourn at 11: 15 m.
