Turn on main power switch in ignition panel."POWER"Indicator must be visible. EE 2. Set three position selector switch in the"HAND}"position. 3. The continuous pilot solenoid valve must energize-open. 4. The"RETENTION VALVE OPEN"indicator light must come on in panel.The flame retention solenoid z valve must energize-open. 5. Turn the blower power switch to"ON"to start the air supply blower. Depress Ignite Button. "SPARK ON" indicator must be visible. 6. using a thermocouple simulator; simulate the thermocouple reaching the factory set point, 350'C.The flame retention solenoid valve must close and"PILOT ON" indicator must become visible. 7. Set the three position selector switch in the "OFF" position. Turn off the thermocouple simulator. The t continuous pilot solenoid must close and the"PILOT ON"indicator must no longer be visible. System is now � } 0 off. 8. Turn 3-position selector switch to"AUTO"and the RSSS"ON", this must initiate ignition sequence. 9. As the system cycles through the spark and purge sequence, the"SPARK ON"indicator must become t visible when the system sparks. Factory set;purge 90 second and spark 300 milliseconds. 10. using a thermocouple simulator; simulate the thermocouple reaching the factory set point, 3500C.The flame retention solenoid valve closes and"PILOT ON' indicator must become visible. In addition, contacts must switch on the pilot status dry contact to indicate"PILOT ON". 11. If equipped with pressure Input--the waste gas control panel is programmed with one or more pressure set points. System permissive is transmitted by pressure device located on the flare. Increase system pressure until the first set point is reached.The three-way solenoid valve, if equipped, on the 440 pressure regulator must energize open. In addition, contacts must switch on the pilot status dry contact to indicate "PILOT OFF". 2. When `°PILOT OFF' indicator is visible, the three-way solenoid valve 440 pressure regulator must de- energize. 3, In addition to the 440 Pressure Regulator the actuated ball valves and additional 440 pressure regulator, if equipped,must close upon the"PILOT OFF"indicator becoming visible.
