TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.136
(3) C, 10.3 and 10.31 of the Zoning Bylaw within the 250'Non-
Disturbance Zone of the Watershed Protection District. The
applicant is seeking to construct a single story addition and a deck
to connect the addition to an existing deck within the Residential 1
Zoning District.
